My therapeutic yoga program uses a combination of proven yoga practices and intuitive methodology to help you press into the source of your pain and journey to holistic mind-body wellness. I’ll equip you with the tools you need to find physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and finally experience relief from the pain and stress you’ve been living with.

Private Classes

In all of my private yoga therapy sessions, we’ll work together to get to the root of your pain, and then relentlessly pursue holistic mind-body wellness. And we’ll do it through deep breathing practices, strength and mobility training, mindfulness exercises, and intentional, targeted poses.

During our time together, you can expect

  • A safe, judgement-free space to share your burdens, pains, and stresses.
  • A thorough intake assessment of your breathing, movement patterns and areas of physical pain.
  • Immediate feedback and direction to help you improve your posture, flexibility, balance, and range of motion, as well as reduce stress, pain, and tension.
